These Terms of Service govern your use of lavoiesystems.com and any services provided by Lavoie Systems. By accessing our website or engaging our services you agree to these terms.
Lavoie Systems provides digital marketing services including website development, Google Business Profile management, Local Services Ads management, search engine optimization, Google Ads management, and related services for garage door companies. The specific services provided to each client are outlined in a separate service agreement.
We do not require long term contracts. Services are provided on a month to month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party may cancel services at any time with written notice to [email protected].
A one time setup fee is charged at the start of the engagement. Monthly service fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Advertising budgets paid directly to Google or other platforms are separate from and in addition to our service fees. Lavoie Systems does not hold or manage client advertising budgets. All payments are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law. Clients may incur usage based charges for SMS messages, emails, and other communication features delivered through our platform. These charges are billed based on actual usage and will be clearly communicated.
To deliver our services effectively clients agree to provide accurate business information, grant necessary access to Google accounts and other platforms, respond to onboarding requests in a timely manner, and maintain active accounts on any third party platforms required for service delivery.
We make no guarantees regarding specific results including lead volume, ranking positions, or revenue. Digital marketing results vary based on market conditions, competition, client responsiveness, and other factors outside our control. We commit to delivering the agreed upon services with professional care and diligence.
Websites and other content created by Lavoie Systems are built and hosted within our platform. Because all deliverables live on our platform infrastructure we are unable to transfer ownership of the website itself. Upon cancellation clients may request an export of their content including copy, images, and design assets where technically possible, but the website will no longer be accessible once the service relationship ends. All original content provided by the client including logos, photos, and business information remains the property of the client at all times.
Lavoie Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
Our services depend in part on third party platforms including Google, LeadConnector, and others. We are not responsible for changes, outages, policy updates, or decisions made by these platforms that affect service delivery.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination all client owned assets including websites and Google account access will be returned to the client. Any outstanding fees remain due and payable upon termination.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
